We help you clean out your closet and find a new home for your pre-loved designer and vintage clothing.

How It Works

Our process is pretty standard: You show us what you got and we choose what to take on consignment. We review collections according to the season, so if it’s winter please do not bring summer items and vice versa (unless they are iconic, then we want to see them year-round. T-shirts too).

Step 1.

We offer three options:

 1. You can book an appointment and bring the garments into the store, where our team will welcome you and start the review process.

 2. You can send us pictures of the items you are thinking of selling via text or email. Our team will review them and let you know if it’s worth bringing them in.

3. You can ship what you are thinking of selling to us.

On very special occasions, we offer at-home consultations free of charge.

Step 2.

Pricing:

Items are priced according to current market value and get marked down every 30 days. If they don’t sell within 90 days, you can pick them up or choose to donate them to the store.

Please note: Allow up to 10 days for us to work on your receipt after your drop off. Within 10 days we’ll send you a receipt with pricing for you to confirm. Items will hit the floor only after you confirm that you agree with our pricing.

Step 3.

Payment:

Once your item sells, we will pay you 50% of the final price—this is the highest percentage offered to customers amongst consignment stores.

If you left more than one item with us, you can choose to be paid in a lump sum once everything sells out. We offer cash and check payments. We are not able to follow up with our customers after each sale, so we suggest checking in with us every 30 days. Call us, text us or visit us at the store.

What we accept

International & local designer brands and true vintage – man and woman

We are very strict with our selection as we strive to provide our community with high-quality pieces only. We are keen on high designer pieces and contemporary brands, whether local or international. We accept true vintage as long as it’s in good condition and fits into these eras: 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. We only accept items that are in good condition without flaws.

These are the brands you can expect to find in store: Chanel, Prada, Gucci, LV, Chrome Hearts, YSL, Margiela, Rick Owens, CDG, Yohji Yamamoto, Dior, Issey Miyake , Loewe, Dries van Noten, and many more.

What Not to Bring

Fast-fashion and high-street brands

Giving back is very important for us. That’s why every year we gather unsold pieces and fast-fashion items to bring to Ecuador and donate them to the local community. If you are interested in getting involved or participating in our next drive, please message us or drop in! We will be happy to assist you.

Disclaimer: Even if these items are given away for free, people deserve clothes in good condition. Please refrain from bringing damaged goods that cannot be easily repaired.
